We are recruiting a BIM Coordinator to join an expanding project delivery team in Helsinki, supporting the coordination of multi-disciplinary MEP and construction design across large-scale data centre projects.

Role Overview
The BIM Coordinator will manage the production and coordination of 2D and 3D models, resolve clashes between disciplines, and ensure alignment with the project BIM Execution Plan. The role requires close collaboration with package managers, site engineers, and junior BIM team members to maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

  • Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the project BIM Execution Plan.

  • Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones on schedule for multiple projects.

  • Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior BIM team members, ensuring best practices are maintained.

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with project teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in BIM coordination on multiple large-scale construction projects.

  • Strong Revit experience with MEP focus; AutoCAD experience preferred.

  • Experience with Navisworks for clash detection is desirable.

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or similar discipline.

  • Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
