Oradeo Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a leading main contractor on high-profile construction projects across Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of complex mechanical and electrical packages on large-scale builds.

Role Overview:

As the Building Services Manager, you will lead all MEP coordination and integration activities from early design through to commissioning. Working closely with project and site management teams, subcontractors, and consultants, you will ensure all services are delivered in line with design intent, schedule, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all mechanical and electrical installation activities on-site
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure coordination across disciplines
Review and manage technical submissions, design layouts, and MEP shop drawings
Monitor programme schedules, subcontractor performance, and risk items
Attend site meetings and drive resolution of coordination issues and clashes
Ensure works are installed in compliance with contract documents, safety requirements, and QA procedures
Oversee testing and commissioning plans and ensure accurate handover documentation
Support procurement and materials management with technical input where needed

Requirements:

Degree in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
7+ years’ experience in a Building Services / MEP Manager role with a main contractor or services specialist
Strong understanding of building services systems including HVAC, BMS, electrical and plumbing
Track record of delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, or data centre projects
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and to tight programme deadlines
Based in or willing to relocate to Dublin
