Oradeo Recruitment is currently recruiting for a CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Project Manager on behalf of a leading international main contractor delivering a major data centre project in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the delivery of complex CSA packages on a large-scale, mission-critical build.

Role Overview:

As CSA Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of all civil, structural, and architectural works. You will oversee subcontractor performance, drive construction programme targets, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Working closely with the wider project leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence in a highly technical and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full CSA package from site mobilisation through to commissioning and handover
Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Monitor progress against programme milestones and proactively resolve issues and delays
Chair regular site and coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Review and approve technical submittals, RFIs, and method statements
Work closely with the planning and commercial teams to manage budgets, variations, and claims
Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures and regulatory standards
Maintain strong communication and working relationships with client representatives and design teams

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
8+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally on large-scale industrial, data centre, or infrastructure projects
Proven track record of managing CSA packages from start to finish with Tier 1 contractors
Strong knowledge of modern construction methodologies and safety standards
Ability to lead teams in a high-pressure, schedule-driven environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
EU passport or unrestricted right to work in the Netherlands highly preferred
