M&E Quantity Surveyor | Dublin

Oradeo Recruitment is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international contractor in Dublin. This role involves managing large-scale projects for high-profile clients in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract reviews, procurement, and compliance.
• Overseeing commercial management, reporting, and budgeting.
• Ensuring projects meet contractual and scheduling requirements.
• Cost control, cash flow management, and subcontractor account management.
• Providing commercial assurance and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• 8+ years’ experience in M&E projects with contractors.
• Knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience with large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects (€20M+).
• Strong operational, negotiation, and written communication skills.
