Oradeo recruitment is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Construction Manager to work with a market leading Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation contractor in Dublin on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Prepare relevant reports
- Management of Design Consultants and Building Contractors
- Provide solutions and cost projections
- Management of Site Design and Construction processes
- Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
- To manage and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
- Ensure project profitability
- Commissioning projects
- Reporting on construction progress
Requirements:
- Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
- Ability to control and manage people and programs
- A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
- A minimum of 4 years as a Mechanical Construction Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
- Ability to drive a large-scale project
- A construction background.

- Computer skills – Windows, MS Office and MS Project
