Pre-Construction Manager Dublin

Pre-Construction Manager – Oradeo Recruitment is currently recruiting a Pre-Construction Manager based in Dublin – Ireland for a market leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to be heavily involved in blue-chip, prestige projects such as data centres, pharmaceutical labs, heavy industry, utilities & power generation.

Oradeo Recruitment’s client is an International Mechanical and Electrical Company which has gained significant experience across a wide section of construction sectors including commercial, industrial, data centre, pharmaceutical or power generation on both public and private tenders/projects.

You will be responsible for designing, organising, leading, coordinating and controlling all tasks in relation to the construction of Electrical projects.

Overview of Pre-Construction Manager responsibilities

• Review and understand client/project ER’s.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the preconstruction portion of the project.
• Management of the preconstruction process and gateways to delivery.
• Prepare and execute elements within the project PCS.
• Preparation of planning & permitting documentation.
• Handover workshops from preconstruction team to delivery team.

Necessary skills and requirements:

• 3^rd level qualification in construction/engineering.
• On site delivery and construction experience essential with data centre experience advantageous.
• Process driven with strong leadership skills.
• Strong people and client relationship attributes.
• Self motivated and works on own initiative.
• Effective communication skills.
