We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of major Data Centre projects in the Frankfurt region.

Role Overview

The Senior Planner will be responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of project programmes across large-scale data centre developments. This key role requires strong technical expertise in planning methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with project teams to drive performance and mitigate schedule risk.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Development & Reporting

  • Prepare detailed contract and project programmes.

  • Produce monthly progress reports and communicate schedule performance to the wider team.

  • Monitor trends, outputs, and resource utilisation across projects to support continuous improvement within the planning function.

Tender & Construction Support

  • Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tender submissions and project contracts.

  • Ensure all planning documentation is delivered to the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

Project Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with the project team on scheduling, planning workshops, and reporting.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the project delivery team, supply chain, and other key stakeholders.

Planning Reviews & Risk Mitigation

  • Conduct short- and medium-term planning reviews to identify risks and provide forward-looking schedule insights.

  • Challenge existing approaches, explore alternative construction methods, and promote best practice to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Relevant third-level degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field).

  • 5+ years’ industry experience in project planning.

  • Proven planning and scheduling experience on Data Centre projects.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex schedule information clearly and effectively.
