Oradeo Recruitment is presently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Engineering & Construction) to join their team. 

Oradeo is an international recruitment company and is seeking an experienced senior recruitment consultant to join their recruitment team. The role entails working closely with existing and new client companies within the construction and engineering sectors. This will suit an ambitious person with a strong work ethic who is looking to develop a long-term career with an expanding and ambitious organization. 

This position would come with an excellent remuneration package and a clear path for career growth.  Hybrid role (3 days office based and 2 days working remote).

Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

• Actively establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with both our existing client companies and candidates
• Generate vacancies with client companies by marketing and business development
• Update and maintain database and carry out database searches to source candidates
• Attract and assess candidates through referral, advertisement and quality contacts
• Place candidates by effective recruitment methods, generating fees to meet revenue targets
• Build and retain a network of sources to improve and expand the range and quality of information on candidates and companies
• Proactively participate in business development and targeted marketing campaigns

Person Specification:

• At least 2-5 years recruitment experience preferably within in the construction and engineering sectors
• Knowledge/understanding of mechanical & electrical engineering and/or construction sectors would be advantageous
• Task orientated, results focused and target driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and eager to take on the challenges and rewards
• Strong work ethic – able to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player
• Good IT skills
