As part of our continued involvement in high-profile Irish construction programmes, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major residential development in Dublin City.

Role Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for the daily management, supervision, and coordination of site operations, ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of all works. This is a key leadership role requiring strong experience in site management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the site workforce and specialist subcontractors.

  • Support the project team in monitoring progress against programme targets.

  • Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal company policies.

  • Promote a culture of safety excellence across the site.

Stakeholder & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative site culture.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • 7–10 years’ experience in Site Management.

  • Previous main contractor experience essential; experience on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments is advantageous.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Third-level qualification in construction/engineering or a strong trades background with excellent technical knowledge.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft software packages.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and delegation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a wider project team.
