Oradeo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading construction contractor on projects based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established organisation with a strong pipeline of construction projects.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate and monitor the day-to-day activities of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
• Work closely with the Project Management team to monitor construction progress and ensure agreed programme targets are achieved.
• Ensure all construction works are completed to the highest possible quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, company policies and site procedures at all times.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and the wider supply chain to ensure the efficient delivery of site activities.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team.
• Promote a collaborative and productive working environment across all site operations.

Necessary Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in a Site Management role.
• Previous experience working with a main contractor is essential.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, residential or mixed-use development projects is highly advantageous.
• Third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or a relevant trades background, with excellent knowledge of construction trades.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent delegation, leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet project deadlines.
