Including working toward the guidelines set out in ISO26001:10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the HR to establish and maintain appropriate competence and Quality standards within the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver the business plan for all areas under the control of the Director of Health and Safety and Environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the structure, roles and responsibilities are appropriate for all areas under the control of the Director of Health and Safety, Environment and Quality.<\/li>\n<li>Management of actual performance against approved budgets and forecasts relating to all areas under control of the Director of Health and Safety, Environment and Quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The above list is not exhaustive and other duties maybe attached to the post from time to time.
