As the\u00a0<strong>Planning Manager<\/strong>, you will be part of the team to managing the successful delivery of a large Projects within Ireland the UK or Europe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Planning using Primavera Software and MS Project.<\/li>\n<li>Project Progress Measuring &amp; Monitoring utilising both Primavera and MS excel.<\/li>\n<li>As a <strong>Planning Manager<\/strong> you will possess the ability to analyse and convert BOQ\u2019s into a progress measuring format suitable for the project.<\/li>\n<li>Possess a good understanding of labour man hour\u2019s and weightings<\/li>\n<li>Project Progress Reporting using Earned Value, S Curve\u2019s, Histograms and Commodity Curves.<\/li>\n<li>Cost Loading of primavera schedule\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Subcontractor Progress Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Labour Productivity Measure &amp; Reporting using S\/E analysis<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company and client progress and planning meetings<\/li>\n<li>Manage Project Handover\u2019s utilising System\/TOP handover\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Necessary Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3<sup>rd<\/sup> level qualification in Engineer or Construction<\/li>\n<li>5+ years previous <strong>Planning Management <\/strong>experience in a similar construction role working for recognised contractors<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Asta Power Project and in particular MS Excel are essential<\/li>\n<li>Possesses experience working on projects in-excess of \u20ac10 million within the commercial\/residential\/industrial sectors etc.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a pressurised team environment is crucial<\/li>\n<li>Good time management essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information or to apply, please submit your CV to<strong> recruitment@oradeo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Oradeo<\/strong>&#8211; Oradeo Recruitment are specialists in the construction &amp; engineering sector.
