This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.<\/li>\n<li>Management of Site QA in conjunction with the Mechanical Package Manager including set up, management and close out of file.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades, Package Leads, consulting Engineer and Client requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package.<\/li>\n<li>Management of all day to day on site operations<\/li>\n<li>Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub-contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Management of the clients snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings<\/li>\n<li>Close out of all project items including O &amp; M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, \u2013 all with the support of the Mechanical package manager<\/li>\n<li>Implement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades.<\/li>\n<li>Issue internal weekly progress report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of the client, e.g. late deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule &amp; Track material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a weekly project photographic diary<\/li>\n<li>All other duties associated with this role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An engineering qualification or relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on Data Centre or Pharmaceutical Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Flexible to travel<\/li>\n<li>A trade background<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years in a Supervision role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information or to apply, please submit your CV to<strong> recruitment@oradeo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>About Oradeo &#8211; Oradeo Recruitment are specialists in the construction &amp; engineering sector.
