This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team<\/li>\n<li>Management of Site QA in conjunction with the Mechanical Package manager including set up, management and close out of file<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades, Package Leads, consulting Engineer and Client requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:\n<ul>\n<li>Company Mechanical Team<\/li>\n<li>Sub-contractors<\/li>\n<li>Material deliveries and goods receipting<\/li>\n<li>Plant and Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Variations<\/li>\n<li>Valuations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Management of all day to day on site operations<\/li>\n<li>Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractor<\/li>\n<li>Management of the Company \u201cIn Progress\u201d snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings<\/li>\n<li>Close out of all project items including O &amp; M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, \u2013 all with the support of the Mechanical package manager<\/li>\n<li>Implement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades<\/li>\n<li>Issue internal weekly progress report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns. It should also highlight any risk elements within the control of The Company, e.g. late deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule. Track deliveries in particular.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a weekly project photographic diary<\/li>\n<li>All other duties associated with this role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working as a\u00a0<strong>Mechanical Supervisor \/ Foreman<\/strong>\u00a0on large industrial projects<\/li>\n<li>Ideally you will possess 3\/5+ experience in a supervisor capacity working for a recognized\u00a0<strong>M&amp;E contractor<\/strong>\u00a0within the\u00a0<strong>Irish, UK and\/or European market<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ideally the\u00a0<strong>Mechanical Site Supervisor<\/strong>\u00a0will possess experience within the following sectors including\u00a0<strong>pharmaceutical, biogen, industrial, semiconductor, clean room, labs, hospitals, data centres<\/strong>, etc. in excess of \u20ac10 million.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally you will come from a trades background<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in communicating with subcontractors, consultants and other team members<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret schematics and mechanical drawings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more information or to apply, please submit your CV to<strong> recruitment@oradeo.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About Oradeo<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Oradeo Recruitment are specialists in the construction &amp; engineering sector.
