This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to be heavily involved in blue-chip, prestige projects such as data centers, pharmaceutical labs, heavy industry, utilities &amp; power generation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview of MEP Manager responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review &amp; understand the project scope and ER&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Review, understand and communicate the design intent of the project from an MEP stance.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and complete the MEP roadmap and construction sequence for the project and ensure alignment to project construction schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure procurement of MEP contractors is aligned to construction schedule. Lead co-ordination of client\/projects OFCI vendors and ensure integration into the project master schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate the MEP design and ensure utilities are available when needed to deliver the construction schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Lead MEP workshops with both client design team and proposed MEP contractors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Necessary skills and requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3rd level qualification in engineering or construction<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing large scale MEP programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure to MEP management process &amp;co-ordination leading to delivery on site.
