These were just some of the concerns cited by Fitch, other concerns being: weaker economic output, budget deficits, an increase in the unemployment rate and subdues external demand.<\/p>\n<p>However, Fitch is not the only rating agency to rate France this way. Standard &amp; Poor&#8217;s rated France AA-plus with a negative outlooks, whereas Moody&#8217;s had rated the country Aa1 with a negative outlook as well.\u00a0<a
