As part of our continued involvement in major Irish developments, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading project team in Dublin.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will take responsibility for the full management, coordination, and execution of the project scope, ensuring successful delivery across safety, design, quality, programme, and commercial targets. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex construction projects.
The position offers exposure to high-profile Commercial and Residential schemes, as well as refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Manage and execute the full project scope or designated work packages to ensure delivery in line with project objectives.
Ensure compliance with H&S, design requirements, technical standards, programme deadlines, and commercial targets.
Oversee site activities and drive excellence in project execution and delivery.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing project team.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders.
Promote a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Planning & Continuous Improvement
Carry out ongoing short- and medium-term project planning to manage risks and meet programme commitments.
Promote best practice and continuous improvement within the project team.
Identify and implement new methods, technologies, and processes to optimise delivery.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
Relevant third-level degree in Engineering.
7+ years post-qualification experience.
Proven track record managing large projects, particularly refurbishment and fit-out.
Ideally progressed through the ranks with a main building contractor.
Professional Competencies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to manage complex project environments and deliver results under pressure.
