The Oradeo Group was established in 2011 and is headquartered in Dublin, with group companies in Ireland, Denmark, the UK, France, Switzerland and Norway.

We provide flexible, bespoke and compliant personnel/staffing and sub-contract service solutions to our clients in the fields of construction, civil engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, industrial engineering, oil and gas and logistical support services throughout Europe.

During this time, we have invested heavily in our personnel sourcing capacity in Southern and Eastern Europe, as well as Ireland and the UK to ensure we can continue to service our clients’ needs across Europe.

At this time, we have long established and dedicated sourcing operations across Europe with a large pool of available skilled and semi-skilled trades available to us from Poland, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Ireland, the UK, Czech Republic and Croatia.

At Oradeo we always take time to understand what our client’s recruitment needs are; thereafter Oradeo will source, recruit and employ the trade workers. Our dedicated logistics team are specialists in organising all travel and ground arrangements for our worker. We also ensure all the requisite safety training, certifications, medical examinations, and all necessary compliance documents are secured.
