Role Overview

Oradeo is recruiting experienced Contract Surveyors to join a major project team in London. This role will support the commercial management of large-scale construction projects, assisting with valuations, tender packages, supplier management, and day-to-day project commercial activities.

The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of all financial requirements of the project, support the delivery of commercial objectives, and work closely with senior surveyors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly valuations
• Assist with the day-to-day commercial management of the project
• Support the processing of tender packages and requests for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop a deep understanding of project commercial and contractual strategies
• Ensure accurate reporting of all financial aspects of the project
• Work collaboratively with senior surveyors, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant third-level degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
• Previous experience on construction or civil engineering projects (commercial and residential)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with commercial/project software
