Electrical Project Manager opportunity with a leading international construction contractor.
Manage and coordinate all phases of MEP project delivery, from pre-construction and planning through to installation, testing and commissioning.

Oradeo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a leading construction contractor based in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Electrical and Building Services, with proven experience coordinating MEP services and managing project delivery. This role will involve working closely with design teams, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle, including pre-construction, planning, construction, testing and commissioning.
Coordinate design team information and technical details to ensure they are available in line with project delivery requirements.
Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of all MEP requirements on the project.
Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest Health & Safety standards.
Inspect installation works to ensure compliance with the approved quality plan.
Monitor project programmes and review the progress of MEP services installations.
Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.

Necessary Skills & Requirements:

Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or an Electrical trade qualification.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Building Services coordination.
Previous main contractor experience is preferred.
Experience working on Commercial and Residential construction projects would be advantageous.
Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and MEP services.
Excellent IT skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively with design teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
