Oradeo Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join a leading international main contractor on a high-profile data centre project in the Netherlands. This is a pivotal role focused on the digital coordination, implementation, and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across major technical packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes across the full project lifecycle

  • Coordinate and maintain the project’s digital models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and collaboration across disciplines

  • Work with internal and external design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to align BIM execution plans with project goals

  • Manage model-based clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or similar tools

  • Ensure all BIM data is structured, validated, and compliant with ISO 19650 standards and client protocols

  • Support site teams in leveraging BIM for construction sequencing, coordination, and data extraction

  • Train and guide project teams on BIM tools and best practices

  • Provide digital reporting, federated model updates, and progress tracking to project leadership

  • Assist in the handover and commissioning of BIM data in accordance with client asset information requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in BIM coordination/management, ideally within large-scale MEP or data centre environments

  • Expert user of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC platforms

  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment workflows

  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams across design and construction

  • EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands preferred
