Oradeo Recruitment is currently seeking a Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor for major building and data centre projects. This is a key strategic position responsible for the full project lifecycle and leadership of multidisciplinary teams across large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety
Lead and develop high-performing project teams, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and team motivation
Drive project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal departments and design teams
Oversee site operations, design coordination, commercial performance, and programme management
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases
Implement operational best practices and identify synergies to improve project efficiency
Represent the contractor in key client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Ensure contract and legal compliance in line with company and industry standards
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in construction, including a proven track record as a Contracts Manager
Extensive experience delivering high-value, large-scale projects with a Tier 1 contractor
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial terms, and project management principles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Familiarity with local and international H&S and construction regulations
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at all levels
