Oradeo Recruitment is currently seeking a Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor for major building and data centre projects. This is a key strategic position responsible for the full project lifecycle and leadership of multidisciplinary teams across large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full accountability for the successful delivery of projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety

  • Lead and develop high-performing project teams, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and team motivation

  • Drive project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with internal departments and design teams

  • Oversee site operations, design coordination, commercial performance, and programme management

  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project phases

  • Implement operational best practices and identify synergies to improve project efficiency

  • Represent the contractor in key client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Ensure contract and legal compliance in line with company and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction, including a proven track record as a Contracts Manager

  • Extensive experience delivering high-value, large-scale projects with a Tier 1 contractor

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial terms, and project management principles

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with local and international H&S and construction regulations

  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at all levels
