Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor | Denmark

Oradeo Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to join a leading international contractor on a major data centre project in Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, high-tech project with a globally recognised firm delivering world-class mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the on-site installation of electrical and instrumentation systems

  • Ensure works are carried out according to the design, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

  • Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

  • Oversee daily site activities, workforce planning, and progress tracking

  • Conduct inspections and testing of E&I systems to ensure compliance and functionality

  • Implement and maintain health & safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture on site

  • Monitor material and equipment usage, reporting discrepancies or requirements to procurement teams

  • Attend site coordination meetings and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and resource requirements

Requirements:

  • Trade or degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline

  • 5+ years’ experience supervising E&I installations on large-scale industrial, pharma, or data centre projects

  • Strong understanding of LV/MV systems, instrumentation, ATEX, and control systems

  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors on busy, multi-disciplinary sites

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • EU passport or right to work in Denmark preferred
