Senior Project Engineer | Leading Contractor | Dublin

Oradeo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a leading contractor in Dublin, managing on-site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality and safety standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on medium to large-scale developments, where you can leverage your technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to make a real impact.

 

 

Senior Project Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience working on large-scale Residential, High-Rise, Commercial or similar projects
  • Strong background as an experienced construction professional within a main contracting environment
  • Essential: Solid internal fit-out experience (clean room construction experience desirable but not essential)
  • Thorough understanding of BCAR processes and QA/QC procedures
  • Demonstrated experience liaising and coordinating effectively with Design Teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

 

Necessary Skills & Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with a main contractor
  • Project experience on RC frame, commercial and residential.
  • Proficient in the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment (essential)
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
