We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager (Fit-Out) for projects in Dublin City Centre. This role involves leading on-site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that client expectations are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. The role is suited to candidates with Fit-Out experience and requires close collaboration with project management, commercial teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

  • Ensure client expectations are met and maintain professional relationships with design teams and client representatives.

  • Maintain high standards in health & safety, quality, and client service.

  • Report project progress accurately and in a timely manner to Project Managers or Contracts Manager.

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work meets the required standard with minimal rework.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute works in accordance with contract documents.

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chain.

  • Resource and schedule work in line with the project construction program.

  • Work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor to advise on commercial or contractual issues.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of construction industry processes and project execution.

  • Experience in Fit-Out projects preferred.

  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office and project management/scheduling software.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Strong eye for finishes and track record of delivering projects on time.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Self-starter with good judgment under pressure.

  • Effective management and leadership skills, capable of motivating workforce.

  • Commercially aware with knowledge of market trends and competitors.
